Bikram 60, 75, and 90

The Bikram Method is a highly therapeutic yoga series performed in a room heated to 105 degrees with 40-50% humidity. The series is a sequence of 26 postures and two breathing exercises that is suitable for all ages and all levels of ability. These postures work synergistically and cumulatively to bring health and vitality to the body and mind.

Our Bikram Method classes include Bikram 60 (60 minutes), Bikram 75 (75 minutes), Bikram 90 (90 minutes), and Music Class (60 minutes). Music Class is a fun, Bikram-style class set to music with options beyond the traditional series. So, you get the freedom to choose what kind of class you want to take!

The heat is an important part of the yoga therapy. It allows your body to warm and soften up so that you can do the postures safely. The heat encourages a purifying sweat, which releases toxins and rejuvenates skin. Also, the heat teaches you how to breathe, how to hydrate your body, and how to take care of yourself both in and out of class.

hot vinyasa

Hot Vinyasa is a flow yoga class performed in a heated room of 96 degrees with 40% humidity. Vinyasa combines breath with movement. You can expect to do fun, energizing sequences that therapeutically build strength, flexibility, and endurance. Each class is a little different. Plan to feel challenged, refreshed, and inspired after this sweaty class!

Inferno Hot Pilates

Inferno Hot Pilates is a training system that combines Pilates principles with High-Intensity Interval Training (HIIT). This class is low impact and is performed in a room heated to 95 degrees Fahrenheit and 40% humidity. It is an intense, full body workout designed to strengthen muscles, increase flexibility, and improve overall health.

Inferno Hot Pilates works! It creates quick, visible results. Inferno Hot Pilates creates long lean muscle mass, burns fat, creates a stronger core, improves circulation, and increases flexibility.

yin yoga

Yin Yoga is the perfect complement to a busy lifestyle and a hot yoga practice. This 75-minute class consists of long-held postures in a non-heated room. Yin Yoga is accessible to people of all ages and focuses on the connective tissues.

Most of the postures in Yin Yoga are on the floor and include forward bends with the occasional gentle backward bend. The benefits of the long-held stretches (typically 3-5 minutes) include:

  • Calms and balances your mind and body
  • Reduces your stress and anxiety
  • Increases circulation, flexibility, and mobility to your joints
  • Balances your internal organs
  • Opens tight hips and relieves back pain

This class can be challenging in its own unique way. Instructors will offer modifications for postures if needed, which might include using the variety of props we have available.

Yin Yoga helps the mind and body slow down, helping to cultivate patience, compassion, and acceptance. The term “yin” comes from Taoism. It’s opposite, “yang,” is associated with quick, repetitive movements that heat the body up, increases the heart rate, and allows sweat to flow. Having a balance of yin and yang is essential to living in a body that feels open and free.

In Yin Yoga, you will be slowly and consistently working the joints and ligaments, so if you have any major injuries, give yourself a chance to heal before coming to class.

Fresh Yoga Synthesized Methodology (FYSM)

FYSM is built on safe, simple, and effective sequences of asanas (postures) that are selected specifically for modern people of all ages. This type of yoga is suitable for any fitness level, gender, and body structure. This class will focus on building strength, flexibility, endurance, and a calm mind.
